Nusrat is a Studio Schools Development Manager. Her responsibilities include facilitating the Studio Schools curriculum development work.

Nusrat has a background in education. Prior to joining the Studio Schools Trust she worked on a number of projects at the Young Foundation including supporting and developing social enterprises and practical projects in the field of education and unemployment. Nusrat is an inaugural member of the TeachFirst Programme, where she spent two years working as a qualified science teacher in a challenging inner-city secondary school and gained first hand experiences of the UK’s education system.

Nusrat is also a Director and Trustee of Catch21 productions, a production company which aims to engage young people with politics.
